Who can attend the youth conference?

Any young person ages 16-30. Every group present should include at least one adult (chaperone). Please feel free to call if you have any questions.

Is this event open to non-Indigenous youth?

This event is geared towards Indigenous youth though any non-Indigenous youth will not be turned away.

If my youth can no longer attend will I be reimbursed?

In the event a youth can no longer attend a reimbursement will be made if filed before February 24, 2025. A $100 cancellation fee will apply for cancellations received between February 25 - March 9, 2025. No refunds for cancellations received after March 10, 2025 and for no-shows at the Event. Substitutions are excepted at anytime in writing. You must email your request.

Can I get an invoice when paying with cheque or E-transfer?

If you register on the website as an attendee and then upon check out you select "paying by e-transfer or cheque", you will bypass the payment due information, you will automatically be registered and an email with an invoice will be directly sent to you from finance@inspiregroupltd.ca..

What is included in the Registration Fee?

Each registration option includes the fee for participation and the fee for food and drinks.

I want to attend, but I am unable to afford the registration fee and other costs.

We suggest applicants check their indigenous communities, local organizations and associations, such as the Lions or Rotary clubs in their area, for sponsorship opportunities. Former delegates have found that a search through the internet, academic scholarships, and local and national sources can also be a source of subsidy and support.
