We strive to encourage and help build positive and successful futures for Indigenous youth.

The 2025 SPARK Conference will create opportunities for meaningful exploration, connections and conversations across various industries and sectors, while developing and building on Indigenous youth careers goals as the main outcome.

The focus of this event is to encourage Indigenous youth to explore various career opportunities, amongst various sectors and industries.

Karen McCarthy, Managing Director and Founder of Inspire Group, is a member of the Saddle Lake First Nation. Karen has more than a decade of experience providing advisory services to all levels of government, indigenous leadership and the private sector. She is deeply engaged in the community and passionate about youth mental wellness and creating strong leaders.
